The Director of Community Liaisons leads and directs the Community Liaison (CL) team to connect clients to the best services possible in our community.  This role is instrumental in the leadership of the team as well as in providing insight that informs the development of innovative resources for those clients that we serve.

Director of Community Liaisons 

The Director of Community Liaisons leads and directs the Community Liaison (CL) team to connect clients to the best services possible in our community.  This role is instrumental in the leadership of the team as well as in providing insight that informs the development of innovative resources for those clients that we serve. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit and select top talent for the role of Community Liaison.
  • Lead the daily operations of the Community Liaison team.
  • Manage the administrative functions for the CL team. 
  • Guide both individual and team development efforts to create strong talent and teamwork amongst the CLs. 
  • Drive communication efforts between Community Liaisons and internal and external parties.
  • Work collaboratively with Director of Technology Development in creation and implementation of Hark technology.
  • Oversee delivery of HARK EAP+ programs.
  • Lead and administer additional Hark programs and partnerships that work in conjunction with Community Liaisons.



Qualifications:

  • 5 years of professional work experience, with considerable time leading a team to successful results.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with work experience in a high-performance culture.
  • Master’s degree and LCSW preferred.
  • Proven experience in hiring and training staff.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse concepts, individuals, and organizations; ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and community resources.
  • Ability to analyze information and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; possess a strong team spirit while maintaining professional confidence to get things done on your own.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple individuals and projects at the same time.
